MY STORY

I’m Karen, and I feel incredibly grateful for the many roles I hold in my life. I’m a wife, a mom to two amazing college-aged sons, a sister, an aunt, a caregiver, a school counselor, a coach, and a friend. Each of these roles has shaped who I am and strengthened what I bring to my coaching practice: compassion, encouragement, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.

For more than 27 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting people as they grow, navigate challenges, and discover their strengths.

I began my career as a special educator, spending 10 years helping students recognize their abilities and reach their potential. For the past 17 years, I have served as a school counselor, working alongside children, families, educators, and community members. Listening, supporting, problem-solving, encouraging, and helping people find a path forward have been at the heart of my work - and ultimately led me to coaching.
